Born & raised in Fall River Ma, I never really appreciated the ocean until I moved to Rhode Island.  My favorite place to relax quickly became the beach. After many years of walking the local beaches here in Rhode Island, I had managed to collect a vast amount of both stones & sea glass. Always feeling the need to wear some type of jewelry to the beach but not wanting to lose an expensive item, I thought why not make jewelry out of what the beach had to offer.  My yoga teacher Pam would always tell me she thought what I made was beautiful and would wear items I made for her.  She really gave me the encouragement I needed to continue making more.  One day after taking a walk on Narragansett Beach, I went to a local gift store, Most Naturally and met the stores owner Tina.  She admired the pieces of jewelry I was wearing. She wanted to know where I bought them. When I told her that I made them myself from stones I found at the beach, she suggested I consider making it to sell. She offered to carry them at her store. And thus the process began where I can do what I love and hopefully others can enjoy what the ocean has to offer.  Thank you to everyone who has been supportive and helpful to me through this journey, which I hope will continue.
